Lack of Control over My Body and Mind

I became curious about who or what really controls my body and mind. Let’s take my brain. Do I even know what it looks like or what it does? Do I know it like the back of my hand, not by science? The answer is no unless I have some X-ray vision and supernatural ability to monitor and understand my brain’s functions. The crown of my body, my brain, is a complete mystery beyond my comprehension. This applies to all my organs. Then, what about my mind? Do I know the workings of my mind, again, like the back of my hand? I say, no, I don’t. So, in short, I don’t know my mind or body. Yet, I imagine that they obey my commands.
