Rules for Meditation

For many decades, my mind was turbulent, a constant storm. I relentlessly pursued what I desired, evaded what I didn't want, and disregarded what seemed insignificant.

Unknowingly out of habit, I applied the same approach to meditation, hoping to bring peace to my mind. However, it was a flawed strategy, leading me on a journey filled with frustration and despair. But it also began a transformative journey towards personal growth and eventual liberation and Nibbana.
