Noble Eightfold Path Theory and Practice – Wisdom

Theory: Right View means knowing the Four Noble Truths.

Practice: Notice the Three Poisons (lust, hatred, and delusion) and associated bodily sensations and feelings at the six-sense doors (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind) within oneself.

Theory: Right Intention means the intention of renunciation, non-ill will, harmlessness, and possessing of the Four Sublime Abiding (loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity).

Practice: Recognize the Three Poisons in others, acknowledging that we all share these universal human experiences. Then the Four Sublime Abiding will arise naturally.
