Insight, Samādhi, and Liberation

Experiential understanding of impermanence, suffering, and non-self destroys ignorance.

Deep samādhi stabilizes the mind, allowing direct insight.

When insight matures, the Three Poisons are extinguished, which is Nibbana.

Upon realizing Nibbana, one is free from suffering, which is liberation.

The above is the heart of the Buddha’s teaching—the end of Samsara and suffering.
