Gratitude for Those Who Brought the Dhamma to the West

Learning how Buddhism took root in the West can provide insight and inspiration to fellow practitioners. These days, when people talk about meditation, few find it strange. Instead, many appreciate the time and mental space one has to meditate. This reflects the growing recognition of meditationโ€™s value. I feel deep gratitude toward the pioneers who introduced and spread Buddhism and meditation in the West. Without their dedication and effort, the positive changes we see today would not have been possible.
